Primary Constructive Perspectives on the Legislation of Electronic Waste in Shanghai

综述电子废弃物的种类及其对环境的影响,分析亚洲、欧盟及美国等发达国家有关电子废弃物的立法情况,提出上海制定电子废弃物法规的初步设想。

Recently more and more attentions have been paid to the electronic wastes for their potential environmental pollutions. Based on the sorts of the electronic wastes and their potential environmental impacts as well as summarization of the legislations of different developed countries on Ewaste in Asia, Europe, America etc., the primary construction perspectives were proposed on the legislation of Ewaste in Shanghai area.
