摘要
在定量分析计算了径向柱塞泵变量力的基础上,将电这比例压力控制、电液比例流量控制、负载敏感控制技术用于径向柱塞泵,并对该泵变量性能进行了分析和实验研究。研究证明,该泵是一种新型的电-液一体化高效节能液压元件。
Based on the quantitaive analysis of the varying force during displacement variation, the electro-hydraulic proportional control of pressure and flow rate and the load sensitive control are utilized in the radial piston pump. The displacement varying characteristics of the pump are analysed and tested. The investigation shows that this pump is a novel united electro-hydraulic pump with high efficiency and energy saving.
