摘要
背景与目的 :研究葡多酚(GPC)对辐射损伤诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞Bcl_2和Bax异常表达的影响作用。 材料与方法 :将经口灌胃给予不同剂量GPC的小鼠用射线进行全身性亚急性照射 ,取骨髓细胞用免疫组织化学方法检测各组Bcl_2和Bax表达。结果 :辐射对照组Bcl_2和Bax阳性表达率分别为10.02 %和20.88 % ,高剂量GPC保护组则分别为18.28 %和16.14 % ,两组间差别均具有统计学意义。 结论 :GPC可有效抑制辐射损伤引发的Bcl_2和Bax异常表达。
BACKGROUND&AIM: To study the effect of grape procyanidin(GPC)on Bcl_2and Bax expression of the bone marrow cells. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The mice given different dose of GPC were exposed to 60 Co r_rays whole body subacutely.The Bcl_2and Bax expression of mice bone marrow cells was measured by immunohistoˉchemistry method. RESULTS: The expression rates of Bcl_2and Bax of the irradiating control group were10.02%and20.88%respectively,and those of the high dose GPC group were18.28%and16.14%.The differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: GPC can inhibit the abnormal expression of Bcl_2and Bax induced by 60 Coγ-rays radiation.
