摘要
目的 研究神经生长因子 (NGF)对缺血性脑损伤引起的大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞凋亡的形态学影响。方法 采用Pulsinelli闭塞大鼠四动脉全脑缺血模型 ,应用光镜、透射电子显微镜及原位末端标记法 (TUNEL染色法 )观察模型组和NGF治疗组动物脑缺血 30min再灌注 7d海马神经细胞凋亡的情况。所得数据应用SPSS软件包进行统计学分析。结果 TUNEL染色法显示模型组有大量凋亡细胞 ;给药B、C组的神经细胞凋亡数目接近正常组 ,明显少于模型对照组 ,其差异具有高度显著性P <0 0 1。结论 给予外源性神经生长因子能明显抑制海马神经细胞的凋亡 。
Objective To observe the effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the neuronal cell injury in the hippocampal CA1 sector following cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods With cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat model,Using light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,the changes of histology and ultrastructure of the hippocampus were observed in groups with and without treatment with NGF. Results The structural damage of hipppocampal CA1 neurons reduced markedly in the NGF-tread group than that in the control group in ischmia reperfusion.NGF could ease the delayed neuron death (DND) after ischemia reperfusion. ConclusionsNGF has a protective effect on neuronal injury induced by ischemia and reperfusion.
