摘要
信息素养是信息时代每一位终身学习者的必备素质之一,随着信息技术的迅速发展,信息素养的含义也在不断演变。该文分析介绍了英国高等教育领域中信息素养含义发展演变的三个阶段:掌握阶段、应用阶段和反思阶段,重点论述了反思阶段信息素养对目前英国高校整体学习环境和信息技术基础教育实践的影响。
Information literacy is the basic living quality of life-long learners in information age. Concepts of information literacy are changing with the development of ICT. Concepts of information literacy has passed through three phases in UK higher education, mastering phase, application phase and reflective phase. This paper puts emphasis on the practical impact of information literacy on student C&IT induction and the whole learning environment in the reflective phase.
