摘要
目的探讨凋亡相关基因SurvivinmRNA在骨肉瘤的表达及其与骨肉瘤发生发展的关系。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)检测27例骨肉瘤组织中SurvivinmRNA的表达情况,结合临床资料进行分析。结果SurvivinmRNA在10例骨软骨瘤和10例正常肌肉组织中均未检出,27例骨肉瘤组织中19例表达阳性;SurvivinmRNA的表达与Enneking分期有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄肿瘤部位、Price分级和Dahlin分型无关(P>0.05)。结论SurvivinmRNA在骨肉瘤组织中特异性表达,可能在骨肉瘤的发生发展中起重要作用。阻断SurvivinmRNA的表达可为骨肉瘤的治疗提供新的途径。
Objective To evaluate the expression of survivin mRNA in osteosarcoma and its relation with development and progress of osteosarcoma.Methods The expression of survivin mRNA was detected by RT PCR.The clinical data were analyzed.Results Survivin mRNA was detected in 19 of 27 cases of osteosarcoma and none of which in 10 cases of exostosis and 10 cases of normal muscles.The survivin mRNA expression was significantly associated with clinical stages ( P <0.05),but not with sex,age,tumor locus,Price's grade and Dahlin's category ( P >0.05).Conclusion The specific expression of survivin mRNA in osteosarcoma may play an important role in the development and progress of osteosarcoma.The block of survivin mRNA may contribute to a new approach in the therapy of osteosarcoma.
