本文简要评述A.A.约宁提出的优化调节理论的原理后,提出了基于最小二乘法的区域调压站调节模式。

In this article the optimum regulation theory and its' implementing principle proposed by A.A. Ionin are briefly reviewed and a new regulation mode based on Minimum Square Method for distribution network pressure regulation station is established by author.
