摘要 沪松公路跨线桥是跨越沪杭高速公路的一座连续刚构桥 ,为避免施工中严重影响沪杭高速公路的正常交通和保障施工安全 ,确定采用平衡转体的施工方案。即先在高速公路两侧浇筑梁体 ,然后通过转体使主梁就位 ,最后浇筑合拢段 ,使全桥贯通。本文结合沪松公路跨线桥主桥施工 ,简要介绍转体技术在连续刚构桥施工中的应用。 Hu-Song Highway Overpass Bridge is a continuous rigid frame bridge over Hu-Hang Express Highway. In order to avoid to influence on the normal traffic at Hu-Hang Express Highway in the construction and to ensure the construction safety, it determines to use the construction method of balance turning, i.e. first to concrete beam body on two sides of the express highway, then to make the main beam at the position by turning, at last, to concrete the closure so as to link up the whole bridge. The paper briefly introduces the application of turning technology in the construction of the continuous rigid frame bridge in accordance with the main bridge construction of Hu-Song Highway Overpass Bridge.
