摘要
为有效扼制日益严重的汽车超载现象,研制出了一种新型便携式汽车行驶称重仪.创新使用高压橡胶油管作为称重传感器的敏感元件,对其静态特性进行标定试验,将汽车压过油管时产生的压力变化进行交直流偶合,对量程进行模糊识别,提取出波形信号的特征参数,采用三层BP神经网络进行数据处理,利用VisualBasic编制用户界面及计算程序,可测量汽车的载荷、速度和轴距,配上摄像头能记录所测汽车的车牌号 经试验验证,仪器达到了一定的精度等级要求,为高。
A new lorry weigh-in-motion apparatus is developed for decreasing the lorry overload phenomena which have become increasingly serious. High pressure hose is used as the weighing sensor and its static characteristic is studied. The pressure change of oil pipe caused by lorry is coupled through AC/DC method. The maximum scale is determined with fuzzy algorithm. After the characteristic parameter of the wave signal is obtained, a 3-layer BP Neural Network is used to analyze the data. The user interface and calculation modules are programmed by Visual Basic language. With the apparatus, the load, velocity and wheelbase can be measured. In addition, the number plate will be also recorded using video camera. After experimental testing, the accuracy has been reached to some degree. Hence, an economic and (e-)ffective means is offered for lorry overload measurement and inspection in high or middle class roads.
