防金属重污染水性双组分聚氨酯清漆的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以自制水性双组分聚氨酯为基础,从涂料的构成、性质及其配方设计入手,通过正交设计试验,研究了水性双组分聚氨酯清漆的组分、官能团、交联剂及两组分混合方式、涂装方式等对树脂、清漆涂膜的影响.通过一系列试验,确定了适应性和综合性均好的防金属重污染水性双组分聚氨酯清漆双组分的配方、工艺路线和工艺参数,制备了防金属重污染水性双组分聚氨酯清漆的双组分并制成涂膜.检测了所研制的防金属重污染水性双组分聚氨酯清漆树脂产品,并检测了涂膜的各项指标.所制涂膜的耐冲击强度、光泽等达到溶剂型双组分聚氨酯清漆涂膜的性能,硬度、干燥时间接近溶剂型双组分聚氨酯清漆涂膜,并具有优异的防腐蚀性能. Based on water-borne two-component polyurethane resins and by using the orthoganol test, the coatings formation, properties, formulation design, and the influence over resins or varnish coatings are discussed by adding or expurgating the component part, functional groups, and cross-linker. The influence over resins or varnish coatings by way of two component parts mixing method and spreads loads method are also discussed. Through a series of tests, formulation, technology route and technology parameters of new water-borne two-component polyurethane varnish for heavy-duty metal protection with (adaptability) and comprehensiveness have been defined. Two component parts of water-borne two-component polyurethane varnish have been prepared. The varnish coatings have also been made. The properties about water-borne two-component polyurethane varnish resins and its film have been tested.
