发热的鉴别诊断在传染性非典型肺炎诊断的意义

Significance of Differential Diagnosis of Fever in Diagnosing Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)

目的 探讨发热患者的鉴别诊断在SARS诊断中的意义。方法 对 2 4例发热留观患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果2 4例全部排除SARS诊断。结论 严格掌握SARS诊断标准 ,做好全面完整的鉴别诊断 ,实施正确的治疗方案 ,在稳定患者心理情绪 ,缓解公众对SARS的恐慌心理尤为重要。

Objective To study the clinical significance of differential diagnosis of fever in diagnosing SARS. Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with fever were analyzed retrospectively. Results 24 cases were excluded the diagnosis of SARS. Conclusions The diagnostic standards of SARS should be mastered strictly, the comprehensive complete differential diagnosis should be done and treatment must be correct. Stabilizing patients' mood and reducing the panic of the public are very important.
