Effect of Fiber Optic Choledochoscopy on Cholelithiasis: An Analysis of 50 Cases

目的 探讨纤胆镜术中、术后治疗胆石症的效果。方法 对 50例胆石症患者利用纤胆镜术中、术后治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果 50例中有效率 97.7%、结石取尽率 87.8%、无效率 2 .2 %。结论 纤胆镜治疗胆石症效果显著 ,具有准确、迅捷、方便实用易于掌握及组织损伤小等特点。

Objective To investigate the effect of fiber optic choledochoscopy (FCC) on cholelithiases. Methods The effect of FCC on 50 patients with cholelithiasis was analyzed retrospectively. Results The effective rate of FCC was 97.7%, 87.8% patients' gallbladders were cleaned up. Ineffective rate was 2.2%. Conclusions FCC is an effective, convenience and easy treatment for cholelithiasis with little tissue damage.
