腹腔镜胆囊切除术三孔操作312例临床分析

Clinic Analyse of The Cholecystectomy by Peritoneoscope Through Three Holes

目的 探讨腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术价值。方法 对慢性结石性胆囊炎 ,慢性结石性胆囊炎急性发作、胆囊息肉、腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术 31 2例的病人进行回顾性分析。结果 手术成功率 1 0 0 % ,平均手术时间 32分钟 ,平均住院时间 3 .5天 ,无手术死亡率及其他并发症。结论 腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术省时 ,节省人力 ,由术者一人操作 ,其自身两手操作更为协调。

Objective To probe into the value of the cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope through three holes. Methods 312 patients with chronic gall stone and cholecystitis, Chronic gall stone and cholecystitis acute episode, Gallbladder polyp received the operation of cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope through three holes. The data of them was analyzed retrospectively. Results All operations were successful without complications, the average time of operation was 32 minutes, the average days in hospital was 3.5, no patient died. Conclusions The cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope through three holes can be performed by one doctor, so it can save time and manpower.
