摘要
电子显微镜观察表明,花背蟾蜍早期胚胎具有的两类表皮细胞在超微结构上的主要不同点是:无纤毛细胞含较多的线粒体、高尔基体和内质网等细胞器以及大量的粘液泡,含较少的黑色素颗粒,细胞游离面具丰富的微突起。纤毛细胞含较多的黑色素颗粒、大量的卵黄小板和脂滴,很少能观察到细胞器,无粘液泡,细胞游离面具很多较长的纤毛。这些结构特点与它们执行不同的功能相关。
The main differences in ultrastructures of two kinds of epidermal cells,non-cilliated cells and cilliated cells, in the early embryos of Bufo raddei were observed by electronic microscope. There are less pigment granules in the non-cilliated cells than those in the cilliated cells, but more cellular organelles in the former than in the latter. There are numerous microprojections on the free surface of non -cilliated cells and a large number of mucous vesicles at the outer portion of the cells. The cilliated cells contain a vast amount of yolk platelets and lipid droplets and there are many long cillia on the free surface of the cilliated cells. No mucous vesicles can be seen in the cilliated cells. The different ultrastructural characters of the two kinds of epidermal cells are related to their different functions.
