摘要
作者在同一光照强度和几种不同温度对金线莲进行处理 ;用 75 1G紫外 可见光的分光光度计和DDS 1 2A数字电导仪分别测定金线莲的过氧化物酶酶活、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性多糖含量 ,丙二醛含量和电导率 .结果显示 :金线莲的丙二醛含量和相对电导率以及过氧化物酶活性受温度影响 ,其强弱顺序依次为 35℃、1 0℃、1 5℃、30℃、2 0℃、2 5℃ ;而金线莲的可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性多糖含量在 2 5℃时最大 ,35℃时最小 .由此表明金线莲在本实验温度范围内 ,最适生长温度为 2 5℃ ,最不适生长温度为 35℃ .
The suitable range of growth temperature of Anoectochilus roxburghii and its physiological reactionsto different temperatures were studied. The plant was treated with the different temperatures(10,15,20,25,30,35℃)respectively in 2000lx light intensity in the artificial climate rooms.The activity of POD,the contents of soluable protein,total sugar,and MDA inleaf were determined by 721GW second UV vis .The relative electrical conductivity were determined by DDS-12A conductivity detector. The activity of POD,the content of MDA and electrical conductivity from lower temperature to hightertemperature show:35℃>10℃>15℃>30℃>20℃>25℃,but the contents of soluble protein and total sugar show:they are the highest in 25℃ and they are the lowest in 35℃. According to above datas,it was known that the suitable growth temperature of jinxianlian is 25℃,and the most unsuitable growth temperature of jinxianlian is 35℃ in six kinds of temperatures.
