摘要
越来越多的研究表明 ,很多疾病和衰老现象都与脂质过氧化有关。对近些年来检测生物体系中脂质过氧化与抗氧化剂抗氧化活性的方法作一简单综述 ,包括氧耗、电子自旋共振、紫外和脂质过氧化降解产物的测定等 ,并对不同方法进行了综合比较与评价。各种检测技术的对象各有不同 ,而且各有优缺点。由于脂质过氧化过程的复杂性 ,要用一种测定方法准确地得出生物体中的脂质氧化的机理是不可能的 ,也是不可靠的。因此 ,要针对不同的实验目的及条件来选择不同的检测方法 。
Lipid peroxidation has received considerable attention because of its possible contribution to the potential damage of biological systems.The study on the mechanism and the protection of lipid peroxidation are concerned to our living and health.The methods of determination and evaluation of peroxidation and antioxidant activities in biological systems were reviewed,including consume of oxygen、electronic spin resonance、ultraviolet spectrum、determination of decomposed product of lipid oxidation.All the methods have their advantage and disadvantage.It is impossible and inaccurate to determine the mechanism of lipid peroxidation by one method,so the method should be selected according to experimental aim and conditions,and many methods (not one method)should be used to determine and evaluate the lipid oxidation.
