提高肌醇质量与产率的实验研究

在肌醇的生产工艺中 ,原料、酸解、中和、离子交换、浓缩、精制几个工段的工艺参数和操作方法 ,对产品的质量和得率影响很大。通过实验的方法 ,总结了上述各工段中提高产品质量与得率的工艺要点及理论依据 。

The influence of raw material,the process conditions and operation method of hydrolysis,neutralization,ion exchange,condensation and refining on the quality and yield of inositol was studied.The results show that paster phytin as the raw material is better than powder phytin,the pH and protein content of phytin should be controlled.In the hydrolysis procedure,the water is first put into the hydrolysis tank,than is phytin,the hydrolysis pressure is 588～490 kPa.The carbonate of alkaline earth metal is used as neutralization agent.The two-stage condensation in standard atmosphere and vacuum is used in condensation procedure.The crude inositol is decloured with activate carbon and refined by crystallization.The inositol content of finished product is 98.2%,and the yield is 9.6%。
