摘要
根据以人为本、科学客观、可比较、可操作等原则从经济发展、社会文明、环境舒适3个方面建立了重庆主城区的可持续发展指标体系,并用该体系评价了2002年重庆主城九区的可持续发展水平,指出它们在发展中存在的问题,并提出可持续发展的若干对策.
The index systems of sustainable development in nine districts of Chongqing city are established mainly from economic, social and envirnmental aspects, according to humanistic, scientific, impersonal, exercisable and comparable principles. Levels of sustainable development in nine districts of Chongqing in 2002 are evaluated with the systems. Some problems in the process of development are pointed out and the relevant countermeasures are bringed forward.
