摘要
借助于三维参数化设计、网络数据库和虚拟现实等技术,提出管道的三维异地设计和装配的实现方法。使用该方法,施工人员可异地浏览管道装配模型,了解装配关系及各管道的详细加工信息,完成管道的现场加工和装配,提高了加工、装配质量和生产效率。
By using the technique of 3 - D parameter design, Internet database and virtual reality, etc, a method of realizing 3 -D distributed design and assembling of piping is given. With this method, the workers can browse the assembly model, know the assembly relationship and the detailed information about each piping and finish the machining and assembling on the spot. The quality of machining and assembling is upgraded and the productivity is raised.
