金泰冲剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma with Jintai Granules

目的 :观察金泰冲剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 :选择 38例符合支气管哮喘诊断标准的患者 ,随机分为金泰冲剂治疗组 (2 3例 )及舒氟美对照组 (1 5例 ) ,进行临床疗效及肺功能检查和分析。结果 :治疗组控显率为 5 2 .1 7% ,总有效率为 86 .96 % ;对照组控显率为 6 0 .0 0 % ,总有效率为 86 .6 7% ;两组总有效率接近。治疗组治疗前后FVC、FEV1.0 及PEFR均显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与对照组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :金泰冲剂可有效缓解哮喘轻、中度发作 ,改善肺功能。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jintai Granules in treating bronchial asthma. Method: A randomized controlled trial was carried out. Thirty eight patients with bronchial asthma were separated into two groups. Treatment group(23cases) was treated with Jintai Granules, control group(15cases) with Shufumei, a kind of theophylline sustained release tablets. The clinical effect and pulmonary function of these two groups were compared and analysed. Result: The effective rate was 86.96% in treatment group, and 86.67% in control group. The rate showed no significant difference between these two groups (P>0.05). FVC,FEV 1.0 and PEFR in treatment group increased after the treatment course, and there was no significant difference between these two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Jintai Granules can attain the goal in reducing asthmatic attack and improving pulmonary function of bronchial asthma patients.
