针刺拔罐配合降糖药治疗糖尿病下肢神经病变38例

Treatment of Diabetic Neuropathy of Lower Limbs with Acupuncture, Cupping and Hypoglycemic Agents :A Report of 38 Cases

目的 :观察针刺拔罐法治疗糖尿病下肢神经病变的疗效。方法 :随机将 75例糖尿病下肢神经病变患者分为治疗组 38例和对照组 37例。在保持原糖尿病基础治疗不变的前提下 ,治疗组予针刺拔罐治疗 ,对照组予营养神经药物治疗。结果 :治疗 2个月后 ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组患者血液流变学指标下降较对照组明显 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :针刺拔罐能够降低患者的血液黏度 。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture,cupping and hypoglycemic agents in treating diabetic neuropathy of lower limbs.Method:Seventy five cases of diabetic neuropathy of lower limbs were divided into treatment group (n=38) treated by acupuncture,cupping and hypoglycemic agents without any change of basic therapy of diabetes, and control group treated by neurotrophic medicine.Result:After 2 month treatment,the therapeutic effects were obviously better in treatment group than those in control group (P<0.01).The index levels of hemorheology decreased in treatment group compared with those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture & cupping can decrease blood viscosity and then alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of diabetic neuropathy of lower limbs.
