摘要
针对现有航天继电器可靠性筛选试验方法中存在的问题,提出了一种航天继电器寿命预测方法。该方法与航天继电器可靠性筛选试验同步进行,采用高速并行数据采集系统,实时采集线圈电流和触头电压信号,分析采样数据得到继电器特性参数(吸合时间等),对可靠性筛选试验中未失效的继电器产品采用非平稳时间序列预测法,建立多变量寿命预测数学模型,实现航天继电器的寿命预测和早期失效产品的有效剔除。结合现有可靠性筛选试验设备,提出基于DSP的寿命预测试验装置总体方案,并给出寿命预测工作流程图。
A life forecasting method for aerospace relay was presented here according to the problem existed in the reliability screening test method for aerospace relay. During the course of reliability screening lest, coil current and contact voltage signals were collected in real time by using high-speed concurrent data acquisition system. Through analyzing these acquisition data, the characteristic parameters (pick-up time and so on) of relay could be gotten. Then the mathematic models of multi-variable life forecasting for those relays that had not been disabled was built based on the non-stationary time series forecasting method. Consequently those relay's lives could be forecast and the early failure products could be eliminated. Combined with the present reliability screening test equipment, the scheme of test equipment for life forecasting with DSP was presented here, and the work flow chart for life forecasting was given.
