The potential demand of intelligent country villas and the methods to realize it at that time of rapid development of intelligent district residential buildings in our country were discussed, and meanwhile it was put for- ward that it is necessary for us to employ household weak current control box and household premises distribution syslem under the principle of 'Practical and Popular' in order to construct intelligent country villas and make it fit for the trend of times during its life cycle.
