摘要
针对水轮发电机组振动监测与故障诊断的多样性和复杂性,运用虚拟仪器技术和网络软硬件资源,设计并组建远程分布式水轮发电机组振动监测与故障诊断系统。本文描述了该系统的整体方案,软、硬件构成及其功能。该系统实现了水轮发电机组振动信号的数据采集、处理和分析,并能通过网络进行故障诊断。实际应用证明,这种基于虚拟仪器技术的远程分布式水轮发电机组振动监测与故障诊断系统具有很强的灵活性和可扩展性。
In consideration of the diversity and the complication of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis for
Icctric generating set. a remote distributed system for vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis in hydroelectric
generating set was huill with the aid of virtual instruments and network software-hardware resources. The integrated
plan of the system, its composition of software and hardware as well as its functions were described in detail. This
system ran carry out date acquisition, dale processing and analyzing of vibration signals of the hydroelectric genera-
ting set, and fault diagnosis by network. Practical application proves that the system possesses strong flexibi-lity
and expandability.
