摘要
目的 :探讨川芎嗪对小肠缺血再灌注损伤 (IIRI)血浆血栓素A2 (TXA2 ) /前列环素 (PGI2 )水平的影响。方法 :19只实验兔随机分为 2组 :肠缺血再灌注组 (IIR组 ,n =9)和肠缺血再灌注 +川芎嗪治疗组 (LGT组 ,n =10 )。用放免法分别测定不同时间点血浆TXB2 、6 酮基 PGF1α含量及其比值。结果 :IIR组家兔缺血 6 0min后血浆TXB2 含量、TXB2 / 6 酮基 PGF1α比值显著升高 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ,再灌注 15min及 30min血浆TXB2含量升高、血浆 6 酮基 PGF1α明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)、TXB2 / 6 酮基 PGF1α比值升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;应用川芎嗪能降低血浆TXB2 水平 ,升高血浆 6 酮基 PGF1α水平 ,使TXB2 / 6 酮基 PGF1α保持正常 ;与IIR组比较 ,LGT组家兔缺血 6 0min、再灌注 15min及 30min时血浆TXB2 含量、6 酮基 PGF1α含量及其比值差异均有显著性 (P值分别 <0 .0 5和 <0 .0 1)。结论 :川芎嗪可纠正肠缺血再灌注损伤时血浆TXA2 /PGI2 的失调 ,通过遏制无复流现象 ,对肠缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。
Objective:To explore effects of ligustrazini(LGT) on plasma TXA 2 and PGI 2 levels during intestine ischemia reperfusion injury (IIRI) in rabbits.Methods:The 19 rabbits in the experiments were divided into the following two groups randomly: group IIR (n=9) and group LGT(n=10). TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1а's content of plasma at different time were detectde with radioimmunoassay.Results:Plasma TXB 2 concentration obviously increased(P<0.05,P<0.01) while plasma of 6-keto-PGF 1а decreased in the group IIR. LGT could lower plasma TXB 2 level and elevate plasma 6-keto-PGF 1а level during IIRI.As a result,the TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1α ratio was maintained in normal level.Conclusion:LGT can prevent intestine by correcting TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1α imbalance after intestineischemia-reperfusion.
