摘要 目的 :研究粘着斑激酶 (focaladhesionkinase ,FAK)在人良性前列腺增生 (BPH)组织中的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法 ,分别测定 4 8例BPH和 10例正常前列腺组织基质和上皮中FAK的表达水平。结果 :①FAK在BPH组织基质和上皮中的表达水平均显著高于正常前列腺组 (P <0 .0 5 )。②FAK在不同年龄组和不同体积组BPH组织基质和上皮中的表达水平差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :FAK在BPH发生过程中发挥一定作用 ,FAK不但在基质增生中发挥作用 ,同时也参与了上皮增生过程。FAK的高表达可能在BPH早期就已发生 ,并在BPH发展过程中持续高表达。 Objective:To investigate the expression and role of focal adhesion kinase(FAK) in prostate of human with benigh prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:Immunohistochemistry experiment was performed to detect the expression of FAK in the stroma and in the epithelium of 48 cases of BPH tissues and 10 cases of normal prostatic tissues,respectively.Results:① The level of expression of FAK in the stroma and in the epithelium of BPH tissues was significantly higher than that in normal prostatic tissues (P<0.05).② The level of expression of FAK in the stroma and epithelium of BPH tissues in different age groups and in different volume groups had not significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:FAK plays a role in the development of BPH. It not only plays a role in the hyperplasia of prostatic stroma, but also participates in the development of the hyperplasia of prostatic epithelium. The high expression of FAK may exists at the early stage in the development of BPH and be present in all stages of BPH development process. ]
