摘要
目的 :观察高血压前期人群合并代谢综合征的聚集情况。方法 :以中国心血管健康多中心合作研究中苏南经济发达地区城市和农村两社区人群中的基本材料 ,对高血压前期人群合并多代谢异常的分布及聚集情况进行分析。结果 :①高血压前期人群占整个调查人群的比例为 35 .83% ,高血压前期与正常血压组各项测量指标比较 ,前者明显高于后者。②高血压前期与正常血压组合并多代谢异常的Logistic回归分析表明 :女性高血压前期人群更易合并腰围 (WC) ,OR值为 2 .5 8(95 %CI:1.35~ 4 .93) ,而男性患者更易合并高甘油三酯 (TG) ,OR值为 2 .5 8(95 %CI :1.35 4 .93) ;无论男性还是女性 ,合并两项以上代谢异常 ,高血压前期组均高于正常血压组。③高血压前期组与正常血压组比较 ,合并几种代谢异常的聚集程度差异均具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :经济发达地区城市和农村处于高血压前期的人群已占了相当高的比例 ,而且处于高血压前期人群的代谢综合征的聚集程度明显高于正常人群 ,提示应对处于高血压前期的这部分人群引起重视 ,对前期高血压或者诸代谢紊乱在前期高血压患者中聚集情况进行控制。
Objective:To explore multiple metabolic disorders clustering status of the prehypertensives. Methods:Based on the data of two-community population from Chinese Multicenter of Cardiovascular Health Cooperatives Project, the distribution and clustering status of the prehypertensives were analysed.Results: ① Compared to the whole target population, the prehypertensives accounted for 35.83%, various measurement indices were higher in the prehypertension group than that in the normal group.②Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the women in the prehypertension group were easier to complicate with higher WC (OR:2.43(95%CI:1.55-3.81)) while the men were easier to complicate with higher TG( OR:2.58(95%CI:1.35-4.93)); regardless of the men or the women, the prehypertension group complicated with two more multiple metabolic disorders were higher than that of the normal group.③The frequencies of risk factors and clustering of any four new risk factors in the prehypertension group were remarkably higher than those in the normal blood pressure group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The prehypertensives throughtout the observation population had reached higher level, the clustering status of multiple metabolic disorders among the prehypertensive population were higher than that of the normal population. It suggests that we must pay more attention to the prehypertensive population in order to prevent funther development for hypertension and multiple metabolic disorders.
