阴道彩色多普勒超声在治疗子宫内膜发育不良性不育中的作用

Role of Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography in the Treatment of Sterility due to Maldevelopment of Endometrium

目的 :研究阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜发育不良性不育患者中的治疗作用。方法 :采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声技术 ,检测口服肠溶性阿斯匹林治疗前后子宫内膜动脉血流参数及子宫内膜厚度。结果 :用药后与用药前比较 ,排卵期前 1日、排卵后 7日子宫内膜血流RI比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;子宫内膜厚度也有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :肠溶性阿斯匹林对子宫内膜发育不良性不育患者有治疗效果 。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of aspirin in the treatment of sterility due to maldevelopment of endometrium by Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography.Methods: Transvaginal color Doppler sonography technique was adopted to examine the parameterof artery blood flow and the thickness of the uterus endometrium before and after the treatment. Results:Comparing the situation after and before using Aspirin uterus endometrium artery blood flow had noticeabledifferences between the period of1day before ovulation and 7day after ovulating(P<0.05); the thickness of endometriumalso has noticeable differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Aspirin has effect in the treatment of maldevelopment of endometrium,transvaginal color Doppler sonographytechnique has effect in diagnosis and treatment of clinicalinfertility.
