二维彩色多普勒对左室减容术治疗扩张型心肌病疗效的评价

Assessment of effect on partial left ventriculectomy to treat dilate cardiomyopathy by 2-D echocardiography and CDFI

目的 应用二维彩色多普勒评价左室减容术 (PLV)治疗终末期扩张型心肌病的疗效。方法 终末期扩张型心肌病患者 8例。二维彩色多普勒分别采集左室减容术前后心脏形态学、血流动力学及超声心功能等参数指标 ,分析其手术前后变化情况。结果 左室减容术后心腔径缩小较明显 ,左室壁活动幅度有所改善 ,二尖瓣、主动脉瓣及三尖瓣返流分数 (MVRF、AVRF&TVRF)明显缩小、左室泵功能指标如心输出量 (CO)、心脏指数 (CI)、射血分数 (EF)、左室短轴缩短率 (FS)等主要参数指标均有明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ,而左室舒张充盈功能指标改善不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 左室减容术能够有效的改善终末期扩张型心肌病患者左室泵功能 ,提高患者生活质量 ,延长患者生命。

Objective To assess effect of partial left ventriculectomy(PLV)treating end-stage dilate cardiomyopathy(DCM)by two dimensional echocardiography and color Doppler flow imaging (2DE-CDFI).Methods Eight patents with end-stage DCM were tested the parameters of the cardiac morphology and hemodynamics and cardiac functions,and the changes of tested parameters were analysed before and after PLV.Results Most of the parameters of systolic function were improved obviously,especially cardiac output(CO)and cardiac index(CI)and ejection fraction(EF)and fraction shortening(FS),and so on,P<0 01.But the parameters of diastolic function were not improved,P>0 05 Conclusion The systolic function of the patients with end-stage DCM will can be improved effectively after PLV,and the quality of life of them can be rised,and their live time will be extended.
