摘要
角质细胞生长因子是近年来发现的有着重要生物学功能的生长因子,它属于具有肝素结合特性的成纤维细胞生长因子家族,由间充质细胞产生并特异性地作用于上皮细胞。角质细胞生长因子可刺激上皮细胞增殖、迁移、分化,在牙周袋的形成和药物性牙龈增生中可能起到重要的作用。本文就角质细胞生长因子的生物学特性及其与牙周病的关系作一综述。
