Study on method mend of pancreaticoduodenectomy

目的 探讨降低胰十二指肠切除术后胰空肠吻合口漏的预防措施。方法 回顾性分析1986-2002年间21例胰十二指肠切除术手术方法改进。结果 21例手术患者均治愈,无1例术后发生胰空肠吻合口漏。结论 重视手术基本操作,采用连续缝合及T管胆汁外引流、胰液内引流的方法是预防胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘的关键措施之一。

Objective To investigate the way to decrease the morbidity and mortality of pancreaticoduo-denectomy. Methods Retrospective analysed the pancreaticoduodenectomies methods mend in 21 cases of from 1986 to 2002. Results There are no cases had pancreatic fistula after operation. Conclusions The key points to decrease the pancreatic fistula of pancreaticoduodenectomy are delicate operative maneuver and effective preop-erative treatment. Application of continuons suture and T tube drainage are efficacious methods to decrease the pancreatic fistula.
