单纯肥胖儿脂肪肝的发生与血脂水平的相关性探讨

The research of the relativity of the fatty liver in simple fatness infants and their blood fat level

目的 了解单纯肥胖儿脂肪肝的发生与血脂水平的关系。方法 体检发现有脂肪肝的单纯性肥胖儿28名为实验组,另选30名单纯性肥胖儿为对照组,两组作血胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白检查。结果 两组血胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白差异有显著性(P<0.05),高密度蛋白无显著性差异。结论单纯肥胖儿脂肪肝的发生与血脂水平密切相关。

Objective To resarch the relativily of the production of the fatty liver in simple fatness infants and their blood fat level. Methods To select 28 simple fatty infants by medical examination as a test group and the other 30 simple fatty infants as a control group. The blood cholesterol, tripalmitin, low density lipopro-tein and high density lipoprotein were checked in two groups. Results The results of the blood cholesterol, tripalmitin and low density lipoprotein in two groups had signifiacnt difference (p<0.05). The results of high density lipoprotein in two groups had nto difference. Conclusion There is high relativity in the production of the fatty liver in simple fatness infants and their blood fal level.
