摘要
目的 :研究鞭打绣球的化学成分。方法 :应用硅胶、SephadexLH - 2 0柱 ,制备液相进行分离、纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果 :分离得到 8个化合物 :鞭打绣球苷C(hemiphrosideC ,Ⅰ ) ,plan tainosideE(Ⅱ ) ,鞭打绣球苷A(hemiphrosideA ,Ⅲ ) ,acetoside(Ⅳ ) ,globularin(Ⅴ ) ,10 (Z) cinnamoyl catapol(Ⅵ ) ,iso scrophularioside(Ⅶ ) ,肉桂酸 (cinnamicacid ,Ⅷ )。结论 :化合物Ⅰ为新的苯乙醇苷 ,化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅳ为首次从鞭打绣球中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Hemiphragma heterophyllum. Method: The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic technologique and their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical evidence and spectral data. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as hemiphroside C (Ⅰ),plantainoside E (Ⅱ), hemiphroside A (Ⅲ),acetoside (Ⅳ),globularin (Ⅴ),10-(Z)-cinnamoyl-catapol (Ⅵ),iso-scrophularioside (Ⅶ),cinnamic acid (Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compound Ⅰwas a new phenylethanoid glucoside and compounds Ⅱ and Ⅵ were isolated for the first time from this plant.
