一叶萩的化学成分研究

Studies on chemical constituents from leave of Securinega suffruticosa

目的 :研究一叶的化学成分。方法 :应用硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层色谱进行分离、纯化 ,根据理化常数和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果 :从一叶的枝叶中分得 4个生物碱。经鉴定为 :ent phyllanthidine(1) ,右旋一叶碱virosecurinine(2 ) ,二氢右旋一叶碱 14 ,15 dihydrosecurinine(3) ,viroallosecurinine(4)。结论 :所有化合物均为首次从一叶中分离得到 ,且为该植物已分离化合物的对映体。

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Securinega suffruticosa. Method: It was isolated and purified by si-lica gel chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Result: Four compounds were isolated and identified as ent-phyllanthidine (1),virosecurinine (2),14,15-dihydrovirosecurinine (3) and viroallosecurinine (4). Conclusion: All of four compounds were isolated from S. suffruticosa for the first time and were the enantiomers isolated from this plant before.
