摘要
目的 :建立青皮中辛弗林和N 甲基酪胺的含量测定方法。方法 :样品用 30 %甲醇超声提取 30min。ODS柱 ,甲醇 水 十二烷基硫酸钠 (5 5∶4 5∶0 .1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 75nm。结果 :辛弗林和N 甲基酪胺获良好分离 ,辛弗林在 0 .35 μg~ 11.2 4 μg线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,加样回收率为 97.1% ,重现性为 1.9%。 结论 :该方法可用于青皮的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a quantitative method for determination of synephrine and N-methyltyramine in Citri Reticulatae. Method: Samples were extracted with 30% methanol. ODS column was used with methanol-water-sodium dodecyl sulfate (55∶45∶0.1) as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 285 nm. Result: Synephrine and N-methyltyramine in sample solution were well separated. Linearity of synephrine was good (r=0.999 9) in range of 0.35~11.24 μg. The average recovery was 97.1%,and RSD of repeatability was 1.9%. Conclusion: This method can be used for quality control of Citri Reticulatae.
