两种鼠蚤成熟过程中组织化学研究:Ⅱ蛋白质 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解不等单蚤Monopsyllusanisus (Rothschild)和缓慢细蚤Leptopsyllasegnis (Sch nherr)吸血消化成熟过程中蛋白质分布和含量变化。方法 用Bonbag氏汞—溴酚蓝法显示并进行显微摄影及定量图像分析。结果 显示蛋白质普遍存在于两种蚤体内。雌蚤吸血后整个消化道上皮蛋白质反应较未吸血时有不同程度增强 ,至消化 72h后反应有所减弱。雄蚤以中肠反应增强较为明显 ,消化 72h后反应同样有所减弱。结论 吸血后 ,2种雌蚤卵母细胞发育过程中蛋白质反应变化相似 ,但不等单蚤卵母细胞蛋白质沉积较缓慢细蚤慢。吸血将导致 2种蚤消化。 Objective\ In order to study the changes of protein in the newly emerged and sucked adults of Monopsyllus anisus (Rothschild) and Leptopsylla segnis (Schnherr). Method\ The protein in the newly emerged and sucked adults after 24h,48h and 72h were showed with Bonbag's Hg-bromphenol blue reaction. Result\ Protein reaction in alimentary canal of sucked adults increased. There was decrease in the sucked adults after 72h. Two species were similar in the changes of protein reaction in development of egg yolk in female fleas, but the development of M. anisus was slower than those of L. segnis. Conclusion\ Blood meal could result in increase to different degrees of the protein in alimentary canal and promote the development of egg yolk on two flea species.
