肥胖基因及其缺氧诱导性表达调控研究进展

Advances in research on hypoxia-induced regulation of obese gene’s expression

摘要 自从 1994年Zhang首次克隆出肥胖基因 (obesegene ,ob基因 )之后 ,有关ob基因的研究已有很多报道。本文着重对ob基因的结构与生理功能 ,缺氧时ob基因的诱导性表达调控 ,低氧与肥胖的关系作一综述。 Since obese gene (ob gene) was first cloned and reported in 1994, it has been studied profoundly. In this article the ob gene′s stucture, physiological function, the expression regulation by hypoxia and the relationship between hypoxia and obesity are reviewed.
