摘要 抗体在疾病诊断、治疗和预防方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。随着抗体工程技术的不断发展 ,抗体已经成为生物制药领域中的热点。而抗体工程发展所面临的两大难点问题之一就是如何提高基因工程抗体的亲和力。本文综述了有关基因工程抗体体外抗体亲和力成熟方面的最新进展。 It is important for antibody to diagnose, treat and prevent diseases. In recent years, antibody engineering made more progress and became the hotspot in the field of biological pharmacy. In this review, the advance of antibody affinity maturation which is one of the important elements of antibody engineering is described.
