转化生长因子β的生物学特性与肾病综合征慢性纤维化进程 被引量:3

摘要 转化生长因子 β能明显促进肾多种细胞肥大、细胞外基质增生 ,从而导致肾小球和肾小管间质不同程度的纤维化 ,引起临床上肾病综合征所具有的各种病理改变。在体外 ,多种慢性肾病动物模型的研究又发现血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂能有效抑制这一过程 ,减少转化生长因子 β在血中的水平及其受体表达 ,进而减轻肾小球间质纤维化及肾小球硬化的程度及进程 ,延缓肾病综合征向慢性化方向发展 ,为肾病综合征的治疗争取时间。转化生长因子 β是一个具有多种功能的细胞因子家族 ,在人体不同器官和组织都有其受体表达。现就转化生长因子
