摘要 Alzheimer病 (AD)是一种多因异质性疾病 ,它的早期诊断是其治疗和预后的限制性因素。目前从血液和脑脊液中发现一些具有诊断和鉴别诊断意义的生化及免疫指标 ,如 β淀粉样蛋白 (β AP)、糖基化血红蛋白终产物 (AGE)、乙酰胆碱脂酶 (AchE)、Tau蛋白 (Tau)、载脂蛋白E(ApoE)等 。
