甘肃省农业投资的适宜规模

On the Proper Investment Scale of Agriculture in Gansu Province

作者通过对国内外农业投资与农业发展背景模式的比较分析和农业投资与国民经济增长模型及工农业动态比例模型的构建,认为甘肃省农业资金对农业总产值的贡献为63.2％,未来10年甘肃农业总投资占全社会总投资的比例应为20％～18％,农业基建投资占全社会基建投资的比例应为12％～13％。

In this paper, through comparable analysis of background patterns of agricultural investment with agricultural develepment in home and abroad, we have made a model for agricultural investment and national economic increase and a fittable model of dynamic ratio of agriculture and industry.We consider that the contribution efficiency of agricultural investment to the total agricultural production is about 63.2% during 1980's.The ratio of investment for agriculture to the total social investment will be 20% ～18% and the investment for agriculture basic construction in proportion to the investment for all social basic construction will be 12%～13% in future 10 years in Gansu province.
