高敏C反应蛋白在急性冠脉综合征患者中的非特异性表达及应用前景分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :通过对急性冠脉综合征 (ACS)患者中高敏C反应蛋白 (high sensitivity CRP)、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)、一氧化氮 (NO)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)的比较 ,探讨高敏C反应蛋白在ACS患者中冠状动脉粥样斑块炎症反应检测的敏感性及应用前景。方法 :采用ELISA和硝酸还原比色法测定 ,对 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 12月期间在本院老年病科住院的 166例ACS患者发病 72h以内的血浆HS CRP、OX LDL、TNF α、血清NO水平进行分析比较。结果 :ACS患者的HS CRP、OX LDL、TNF α明显升高 ,而血清NO水平明显降低 ,相比较而言 ,HS CRP敏感性、精确度更高。结论 :在检测ACS的冠状动脉粥样斑块炎症反应方面 ,HS CRP具有较高的敏感性、精确性 ,且价格便宜 ,操作简单、快捷 。
