摘要 作者提出一种行星摩擦轮减速器,并对它的工作原理、参数选择和设计方法作了说明。这种减速器具有结构简单、制造方便、对材料要求不高、速比大、成木低等优点。但它的效率较低,故限用于小功率、大速比的传动。 In this paper, a scheme of epicyclic friction pulley train reducer is given. The reducer consists of input shaft, accompanist shaft, eccentric sleeves, epicyclic cone friction pulleys, ring with internal cone, adjustable nuts, output shaft and body. Two eccentric sleeves, an epicyclic pulley and frame make up a double crank input mechanism. An output shaft and ring are joined by guide key. Its great velocity ratio depends on a very small eccentricity of pulleys. The proper choice of its design parameters and the calculation of pulleys for surface strength are presented in this paper. It is considered that this reducer has some strong points in simple structure, fine manufacturability, great velocity ratio, general material used and low cost. However, its efficiency is lower than that of the epicyclic gear train, so it should be used in some small power transmissions.
