Studies on Disease Resistance of Alfalfa Germplasms

对68～81份苜蓿种质的褐斑病、霜霉病、白粉病的抗性及苜蓿早期叶病综合抗性进行了评定。阿克兰、萨兰斯、哥萨克苜蓿品种综合抗病性好;雷西斯苜蓿抗褐斑病和霜霉病;野生苜蓿为珍贵的抗病育种材料。苜蓿褐斑病和霜霉病间具有极显著相关,但国内的栽培品种对其抗性较差.

The disease resistance of 68—81 alfalfa germplasms to brown spot, dowmy mildew, powdery mildew and early leaf diseases was evaluated. Some. alfalfa germplasms, such as Akalan, Saranas and Gossak had high disease resistance. The Resis was resistant to brown spot and powdery mildew. The wild alfalfa was the most precious material in alfalfa disease resistance breeding. There was significant correlation between brown spot and powdery mildew (P<0.01). However, most of the chinese alfalfa cultivars were susceptible to the above mentioned diseases.
