应用噬菌体展示技术研究过敏原表位的新进展 被引量:2

摘要 过敏原表位的确认和定位是开展过敏症免疫干预治疗的基础 ,噬菌体展示技术已广泛应用于过敏原的研究及模拟表位肽筛选。近年来 ,利用这一技术已确认多种主要过敏原模拟表位 ,包括桦树花粉过敏原Betv1的模拟位、尘螨过敏原Derp1的IgE构象模拟位、牛奶过敏原 β 乳球蛋白 (BLG )的线性表位及一种泛过敏原肌动抑制蛋白 (profilin )的环 9肽模拟位等。噬菌体展示模拟位的结构与功能分析显示一定的应用前景 ,将为过敏症诊断和免疫治疗提供新途径。
