15种常用消毒剂对鸡伤寒-白痢沙门氏菌和大肠埃希氏菌消毒效果的测定

Determination on Disinfeetive Efficaeies of 15 Commercial and Self-made Disinfectants on Salmonella gallinarum-pullorum (Sgp) and Escherichia coli (Ec)

本文报道了用15种常用消毒剂(其中13种系市售,2种系自制)杀灭鸡伤寒-白痢沙门氏菌和大肠埃希氏菌的初步试验。结果表明,其中5种消毒剂(畜禽安、碘伏、强力消毒灵、过氧乙酸及百毒杀)对这两种细菌具有明显的杀灭作用,另外5种(新洁尔灭、蔚星牌消毒剂、环中菌毒清、菌毒敌及增效复合酚)作用较好,其余5种(来苏儿、次氯酸钠、灭菌王、畜禽乐及石炭酸)较差。

Among 15 disinfectants, 13 were commercial, 2 were self-made. The preliminary results showed that among them, 5 ("chuqinan", povidone iodine, "qianglixiaoduling", peracetic acid and "beidusha") had obvious effect on killing Sgp and Ec. Other 5 had well effect and the remaining 5 had poorer effect.
