穴位注射结合针刺治疗周围性面瘫疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of acupoint-injection combined with acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis

目的 :探讨穴位注射结合针刺治疗静止期周围性面瘫疗效及机制。方法 :将 90例患者随机分为治疗组、对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组各 30例 ,于治疗前后分别观察临床症状、体征和甲襞微循环。 结果 :治疗组治愈率 6 3 3% ,对照Ⅰ组 4 6 7% ,对照Ⅱ组 4 0 0 %。治疗组疗效优于两对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组在改善微循环上明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 :穴位注射结合针刺能改善机体微循环状态 。

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect and mechanisms of acupoint injection combined with acupuncture for stationary peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Ninety cases were randomly divided into treatment group, control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ, 30 cases in each group. The clinical symptoms and signs, and nail fold microcirculation before and after treatment were observed. Results The cured rate was 63 3% in the treatment group, 46 7% in the control group Ⅰ and 40 0% in the control group Ⅱ ( P <0 05). The treatment group in improvement of microcirculation was significantly better than the control groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion Acupoint injection combined with acupuncture can improve microcirculation with a better therapeutic effect.
