摘要
目的 :探讨艾灸督脉穴抗亚急性衰老机理。方法 :选用D 半乳糖造成的亚急性衰老小鼠为实验模型 ,艾灸督脉“大椎”“命门”“百会”穴 ,与非经非穴部位作对照 ,观察衰老小鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数、T细胞亚群中CD3+、CD4 +、CD8+百分率及CD4 +/CD8+比率、红细胞C3b受体花环率、可溶性白介素 2受体含量。结果 :各造模组小鼠免疫功能较正常小鼠降低 (P <0 0 1)。督脉穴组小鼠的胸腺、脾脏指数和免疫功能增强 ,与模型组相比差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 :艾灸督脉穴可延缓免疫器官的萎缩 。
Objective To study on the mechanism of moxibustion at points of the Governor Vessel in anti subacute aging. Methods In the D galactose induced subacute aging model mouse, moxibustion was respectively given at “Dazhui” (GV 14), “Mingmen” (GV 4) and “Baihui” (GV 20), with non meridian non acupoints used as control, and the indexes of the thymus gland and the spleen, percentages of CD + 3, CD + 4, CD + 8 in T lymphocyte subsets and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio, RBC C 3bRR and SIL 2R content were investigated. Results The immune functions in the model mouse were lower than those in the normal mouse ( P <0 01); the indexes of the thymus gland and the spleen, and immune functions increased in the group of moxibustion at points of the Governor Vessel, with a significant difference as compared with the model group. Conclusion Moxibustion at points of the Governor Vessel can delay atrophy of the immune organs and strengthen immune functions of the organism.
