摘要 目的 :考察施肥种类对药材品质的影响 ,以评价筛选溪黄草的专用施肥肥料 ,为按中药材GAP原则制定相关标准操作规程 (SOP)并实施推广应用提供基础研究资料。方法 :采用RP HPLC法测定GAP基地不同施肥区域溪黄草药材 2α 羟基熊果酸的含量。色谱条件 :KromasilRP C18色谱柱 (4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ;乙腈 0 0 5 %三氟乙酸溶液 (70 5∶2 9 5 )为流动相 ;流速 0 8mL min ;柱温 2 5℃ ;检测波长 2 10nm。结果 :不同施肥区域溪黄草药材 2α 羟基熊果酸的含量以生物肥区为高。结论 Objective: To assess the sieving of special fertilizer for Herba Rabdosia Lophanthoides var. Gerardianus (HRLVG) by observing the influences of different fertilizers on the quality of medicine and to provide materal for laying down and carrying out the relevant operating rules (SOP) in accordance with GAP of Chinese Medicinal Herbs. Methods: The content of 2α-hydroxy-ursolic acid in different fertilized areas of HRLVG (cultured under GAP) were determined by RP-HPLC. Kromasil RP-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile (AN)-0.05% trifluoro-acetic acid (TFAA) solution(70.5∶29.5)was adopted. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, column temperature was 25℃, and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results: The content of 2α-hydroxy-ursolic acid in HRLVG in different fertilized areas is the highest in the bio-fertilized areas. Conclusion: The planting of HRLVG should appropriately be fertilized with the co-developed organic bio-fertilizers.
