提灌泵站水泵老化的模糊综合评判

摘要 本文应用模糊集合理论,在甘肃省中部干旱地区的32处大中型电力提灌泵站中,以泵站单泵实测指标为基础,提出了水泵老化程度的模糊综合评判方法。这对于配置多台水泵的泵站做好水泵维修、更新决策具有实际的经济意义。 There are many electric power pump stations with large and medium-sized type for agriculture in Gansu province. Because of high content of silt in the water sources, the maintenance cost of the pumps in the stations each year is considerably high. In other words, the pump ageing is the fastest among the pump stations' equipment and installations. In this paper, based on the practical values measured from each pump in a same station, the fuzzy synthetic judgement is applied to evaluate the pump ageing degrees. This is beneficial for the managers to make best decisions about the maintenance and replacement of the pumps in a pump station.
